How to remove excess skin

Step One

Open Photoshop. Click "File" in the top menu and click "Open." Go to the photo you wish to edit and open it.

Step Two

Click "Filter" in the menu and click "Liquify."

Step Three

Go to the toolbar on the left and select the "Forward Warp" tool, make sure the brush is smaller than the area you want to work on.

Step Four

Use the tool to push the skin in. Be careful to make it smooth.

Step

Click "OK" and save your work.
